- Implementation of structured training and career advancement paths.
- Training recruiters and managers on biases during recruitment.
- Adding a clause in the compensation policy to shift the raise from January to the date of return from maternity leave.
- Seeking to establish more partnerships to raise awareness of women's representation in the Tech sector.
- Encouraging our DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) group in their projects. This group regularly meets to discuss and promote these values, thus fostering awareness and education on these issues. We support their initiatives and concrete actions aimed at creating an inclusive work environment.
At Volta Medical, we are deeply committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in all that we do in order to maintain a supportive and understanding environment in which all individuals are able to thrive and achieve their maximum potential within the company.
