Results of Volta France's 2024 professional equality index

‍The 2018 "Avenir professionnel" law, requires French companies with more than 50 employees to measure and make public their Gender Equality Index. This score is determined by adding up the results obtained on the following specific criteria:

• Men/Women pay gap : 36/40
• Difference in rates of individual increases M/W : 35/35
• Percentage of employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
• Parity among the 10 highest earners: 10/10

Total score: 96/100
